Information About Triston Francis:

Triston Francis is an Associate at Morgan Stanley within Company Management, where he assists a Vice Chairman and Senior Client Advisor in increasing client connectivity and penetration to enhance revenue generation across the firm.

He joined Morgan Stanley in 2011 as an Investment Banking Analyst covering Consumer and Retail Companies. In this role, Triston developed dynamic models to perform LBO, M&A, DCF analyses, conducted extensive due diligence while evaluating strategic opportunities for company management, and provided strategic advice for clients from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives in transactions valued over $50MM.

Following this role, he transitioned to Sales & Trading where he assisted a Senior Relationship Manager in covering Morgan Stanley’s largest clients, analyzed third party data on business across Institutional Securities to identify incremental revenue potential, and developed action plans that were presented to Morgan Stanley’s President of Institutional Securities.

Triston holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Finance, Legal Studies and Business Ethics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.  He remains actively involved in Penn’s alumni community as both the Recruiting Director for Penn’s Virtual Alumni Interview Program as well as the Interview Chair for Northeastern Prep Schools. He is also active with two nonprofit organizations: Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Sponsorship for Educational Opportunity (SEO).
